the right of return can be exercised within 10 days of receipt. to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to inform us of your intention to return the goods before the deadline expires via the e-mail address below.

once you have notified us of your intention to return by email, you have 10 days to return your products.
obvious signs of use such as stains from make-up or lipstick, odour, detached labels, etc. are clear indications that you have not only tested the nature, properties and function of the goods as you would in a shop, but have also used the goods beyond that. In such cases, we reserve the right to demand compensation from you within the scope of the right of revocation for the loss in value that has occurred in this respect, which we can already deduct from the refund amount. we assume that returned goods will be received by us in perfect
re-saleable condition. your rights in the event of defects already existing at the time of delivery shall naturally remain unaffected.

-all returned items must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged
-all returned items must be complete with all original tags and/or packaging.
-the return must be posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.
-the refund will be made to the same method of payment as you used for the purchase.

exchanges:
exchanges requested via sales@seen-editions.com are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. we are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.
refunds:
refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your payment method. payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
